Hi Survivors!❄️
Long time no see (or read 😄), but we've had our hands full and now we’re back with more sneak peeks for you! Not long ago, we launched our Coming Soon page on Meta Quest Store, hosted a closed beta test on Discord, and revealed our very first trailer.
👀You can watch the trailer on our Steam page.
Needs⌚
Your main goal is to survive, and to do that, you'll need to take care of your basic needs: Hunger, Thirst, and Temperature. A significant decrease in any of these three stats will result in a gradual loss of health.
Since these are core survival mechanics, we’ve spent a lot of time making sure they’re well-balanced, realistic, immersive, and fun to manage.
You can monitor your basic stats on your watch. It displays your overall health percentage, body temperature, enviro temperature, hunger, and thirst.

Hunger and Thirst🍖
The player will have several options when it comes to acquiring food. These include:
🔹Hunting - there will be different animals that the player can hunt in the game. (You can read more about them in one of our #2 Dev Diary). After killing an animal, you can skin it. Skinning will be done with a knife. Animal skinning will provide basic resources such as leather and meat.

🔹Gathering - you can collect resources used for crafting different equipment, but also food such as mushrooms or berries.

🔹Growing crops - players will be able to grow crops in special pots.

🔹Fishing – Once you craft a fishing rod, you’ll be able to catch fish.

💧As for water - you’ll be able to collect it from rivers and lakes. You can store it in water barrels or in a water skin or a bottle to carry with you. It is important to remember that water from lakes and rivers is dirty! There are ways to purify it…but you will learn about it in the game.😉

🌡️Temperature🌡️
The player will have to be careful not to freeze. Because of this, the player will have a number of opportunities as well as responsibilities, which will need to be taken care of during the game to keep himself warm. The temperature changes throughout the day, and snowstorms can hit at any time. Plus, different parts of the map have different temperature levels.
We wrote more about how temperature works in this Dev Diary #3.

🧥Clothing also plays a big role. The main function of clothing is to allow players to maintain an adequate body temperature for extended periods of time. Clothes will be crafted at the sewing station, using materials such as leather obtained from animals.

👾Sanity
Taking care of your mental health is another important need. While it doesn’t directly affect your physical health (although… some creatures can hurt you), it certainly has an impact on your overall experience.
More on sanity in our #4 Dev Diary.

Stay tuned for more updates, and let us know your thoughts on these new additions!
